Let's B Safe - Working to stop Cyber Bullying in Ireland
*** Update as of 6th August 2017 - Take a look at John's latest work with Independent.ie and Midland FM 103***
Being bullied can be hugely traumatic for any child, yet more than 1 in 4 openly admit to being bullied in primary school. Let's B safe adopts a novel, workshop-based approach to help schools and other organisations in dealing with issues raised as a result of Cyber Bullying, Bullying and Online Safety. Cyber Bullying is becoming more common due to the powers of the internet and social apps. Let's B safe works with primary and secondary schools, teachers, parents, and other involved parties across Ireland to identify the unique situations that arise in Irish schools and organisations and work with these groups to address these issues. This is done in the format of student workshops and parent-teacher talks. We also provide workshops for companies and other organisations alike.
Throughout this website you will find out more about our workshops in the what we do section, the service we provide, information on specific types of bullying, and how to tackle the root cause of bullying in Irish schools. Operating out of Wexford, Leinster, John provides cyber-bullying and bullying workshops to schools and clubs all across Dublin, Leinster, Munster, Connaught, and Ulster.
